Is Counselling for You?
Why Counselling
You may be going through various life transitions and stages and would like a safe place to discuss (examples such as) career changes, time management, parenting, mental health challenges, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, or supporting loved ones.
Self-Care
Counselling can also be a space to explore your wellness and self-care goals. How do you relax? What energises you? When was the last time you gave yourself time to reflect on your values, and how are you fulfilling them?
What to Expect
The initial assessment draws on a holistic approach by exploring your biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural aspects of your life.
Counselling Plan
Through a collaborative approach, a counselling plan will be tailored uniquely with you.

Amanda's Story
Amanda comes with a wealth of experience in working in regional and community health for over 20 years, and most recently supporting local carers for the past eight years.
In recent years Amanda added to her skillset a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and is in the process of completing a Masters of Counselling, providing quality and accessible counselling to Gippsland and Australia wide.
Acknowledging it is a privilege to walk alongside people through some of their most challenging days, Amanda aims to bring empathy in a non-judgmental environment and to encourage hope.
In Amanda's spare time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising in the outdoors and will often be out walking with Milo the dog.
