Is Counselling for You?
๐Why Counselling๐
You may be going through various life transitions and stages and would like a safe place to discuss (examples such as) career changes, time management, parenting, mental health challenges, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, or supporting loved ones.
๐๏ธSelf-Care๐๏ธ
Counselling can also be a space to explore your wellness and self-care goals. How do you relax? What energises you? When was the last time you gave yourself time to reflect on your values, and how are you fulfilling them?
๐What to Expect ๐
The initial assessment draws on a holistic approach by exploring your biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural aspects of your life.
๐Counselling Plan๐
Through a collaborative approach, a counselling plan will be tailored uniquely with you.

In Amanda's spare time she enjoys exercising in the outdoors and will often be out walking with Milo the dog.
